Magolor soul can use a variation of all the super abilities except snow bowl. Ultra sword: he whips a sword on each side of the screen. Grand hammer: he pounds a giant ice hammer on the ground, witch makes crystals fall. Flare beam: magolor soul gets into a ball of electricity and bounces around, while another electric ball comes and does the same thing. Monster flame: magolor whips fire from the top of the screen to the bottom.

if you don't use ice or leaf, the you get damaged a bit when you hold a. but if you do use ice or leaf, hold a and you wont get damaged at all

Wow, it looks like your first single-player run of the True Arena mode ended at the same place as mine. I'm not feeling ashamed anymore. Seriously, the difference between the first and the second part of the fight against Galacta Knight is insane ! He really taught me to never underestimate any Boss of a Kirby game. His theme starting only at the middle of the fight sounds almost like "Alright, enough playing around, you're dead". I'll try again today and hopefully I won't make the same mistake.

The name is also a reference to HR-D2 boss fight in Kirby and the Crystal Shards. I think it's awesome that they do that! :D

I'm only half through the video, but this is quite the impressive run. I must say you executed the spark ability to it's fullest. I did this with spark as well my first time, but I find that Tornado is just a smidge better. Reason being is while you're attacking you're immune to attacks, and the "Shake Plus" with the tornado does lots more damage. I'd say for a faster run go with tornado.

@LegendarySilverWolf Actually, 16:40 is Galacta Knight, the strongest warrior in the universe. He was sealed away since people were afraid of his power. In Super Star Ultra, Meta Knight wished for NOVA to revive Galacta Knight so he could fight him.

I really hope I'm not the only one who's reminded of Heavy Lobster from Kirby Superstar/KSSU when I see Metal General. Also, Spark/Plasma is in my opinion BROKEN AS HELL. Though finding stuff like that is FUN. Yayyy Kirby. good vid btw.

I found the best way for me was to use the tornado power because in that phase of spinning, you are completely invulnerable to any attacks

@freekhenstra It's name is probably a nod to HR-H / HR-E from Kirby 64. I'm guessing the D3 for this one stands for Dedede, which is what the original was colored as. Then on top of that they're both 2 phase boss fights.

I know. I beat the arena with stone. TIP ABOUT STONE IN ARENA:When the enemy attacks use a turn into stone attack. When the enemy is not attacking anymore turn into Kirby again then use Stone Punch at the enemy. When the enemy attacks again, do what I just said.

Now that I'm just realizing this (cause I never watched DBZ yet when I first played, and beat Kirby's Return to Dreamland), but Goriath is heavily references DBZ. Especially his EX form, he looks like a great ape, goes 'super sayian' in his second phase, he used a Spirit Bomb at the beginning and used a Kameahameaha (I SOOO spelt that wrong, some DBZ fan I am. XD) at the end (or was going to), and has stretchy arms like a Namekian (AGAIN I think I spelt I wrong).

In Super Star Ultra my friend and I invented a challenge where we start with copy regardless of what is first and then we constantly switch abilities every round. That would be hard in this game.

I just noticed something: In kirby's nightmare in dreamland, you fight a swordsman (meta knight) and a presumed final boss (king dedede). In this game, the same thing happens (except with metal general who fights a lot like meta knight and landia). Not to mention, you first fight in space (like with nightmare and nova) on landia (who acts like the starship from kirby super star). Then we have Magolor, who fights similar to Marx. Then a SOUL form. And that eyeball in the soul form... CONSPIRACY!!
