LETS GOOOOO, it alwyas bothered me how Star Allies didn't let you use other Kirby's alongside helpers, now you can!!! (Like seriously they could've at least made it an option in The Ultimate Choice, but nope.)

Totally agree. It wouldn't have taken them too long to implement playing as Kirby since they work perfectly so it's really weird they didn't add the option. (the Kirby AI's a little dumb tho)

@@Fyyyyik do you think it's possible to force them to press down after inhaling to make them get their own copy abilities? Kinda like the opposite of what Gooey does in KDL3 where he automatically spits out whatever is in his mouth after a certain period of time

@@ingothasnolife8040 That is something I very much wish to do for the public release of this mod I'm planning. However this would imply changing the ally's AI which takes a bit more time to get right. I'll see what I can do!

red kirby never even gets respect after blue appeared(i'm just mentioning this and i'm NOT asking for him to appear in the mod) but still great mod though, the game's multiplayer would have been so much better if this was here in the first place, i have a big feeling that star allies really got rushed

Nothing particular. They just lay on the ground and you can revive them like any other helper.

Why do they not attack?

Each helper in KSA has a slightly different AI coded to fit the play style of each ability. Due to being unused the Kirby helper did not get a custom AI and so it uses a default AI who only knows really basic moves and so it only knows how to inhale and spit things back out.
