Just when I had locked the memories of you KirbyStomping me at this game in my mind vault...the review surfaces. Though I enjoyed loosing at Tetris Battle Gaiden much more, the combo system in this one is actually pretty unique and enjoyable...once you get it.

Its understandable they did not translate this. There were way too many stacking games like this back then, and nobody wanted another!

I disagree. This is an excellent puzzle game that is well worth anyone's time. However, with its late release date I can completely understand why it wasn't brought out over here.

To each their own. I still find this game really fun and have gone back to it multiple times since this review. Maybe that's more of a me thing since I love a good puzzle game?
