Still completely cheese-able if you constantly use the beam revolution attack or whatever it's called in the top right corner up against wispy ...assuming your fingers are up to the task of spamming attack for a while and nothing else

I see that you edited the param for character hp. All of whispy's param entries are labled. If you want, you can take a look and edit them to make the figth more distinct from vanilla.
