I love this video - you've simplified about two weeks worth of confusion in less than 15 minutes! I just wondered how you got the final enthalpy value; I calculated it as -988.07 kJ/mol

Hey! Just wanted to let you know you have unit errors in the heat capacities. They are supposed to be joules, and not kilojoules. Appreciate the videos!

Great video! You explained everything so well! However, I was wondering two things: 1) If heat capacity does depend on temperature, would it be incorrect to calculate the integral in units Celcius rather than Kelvin? 2) If a catalyst is involved with a given heat capacity, would you account for its heat capacity also?

for example if you tried to search this question on good it has a complete table which containing cp equations it confuse me please assist me .The extraction of zinc by carbothennic reduction of zinc oxide sinter at 1lOO"C can be represented by the reaction ZnO(s) + C(s) = Zn(g) + CO&) Calculate the heat of reaction at 1lOO"C. the following data are given :

Sir I have one doubt why delta H symbol is used we know that ∆H=H2-H1 then why ∆H2 -∆H1 what does that means??
