3:38 As an Asuna lover, I like to think that the Progressive films were an apology for what A-1 did to Asuna during the Alicization/WoU anime. Despite both films not doing good financially (blame Covid & Aniplex's lack of marketing), they had everything I enjoy about Asuna. Aria gave her a better origin compared to the LN & Scherzo gave me the 2 Kirisuna moments I wanted to see get adapted. As for when yhe UR anime will start, we gotta wait for Reki to finish the arc first, but I still think we're going to get the upcoming movie next. Then, a proper Progressive anime (with the 2 movies split into episodes) before we get UR.

Apology, you mean the same movies that actively sabotaged Asuna development so they can Promote their Original Character,no Aria movie didn't give her a better origin,the Novel have Asuna survive in Aincrad alone without anyone teaching her while in the movie she get teach by Mito and need to be protected.

@@Mutasina14 Tbh, I thought what they did with Asuna in Aria was better than the LN. If they did a 1:1 adaptation of the LN, you would've had normies complaining about how a girl who hardly any fighting & gaming experiences was able to survive a month on her own. Then, they'd call her a Rey Skywalker & then, bring up Fairy Dance. But Mito's role in Scherzo felt ridiculous imo. Especially with her having a transformable scythe & having a magical chain projectile attack that can also make you swing like Spiderman or Sora from Kingdom Hearts. Regardless, Reki pretty much made the SAOP movies non-canon anyway with volume 28. Unless the anime ends up slipping in mentions of those films when they do the UR anime.

​​@@Samsapopinah yes,the same group of people who think Asuna weak and damsel in distress that need to be saved,you know that both Progressive movies very much adding more fuel to a lot of Asuna distractor,Novel Asuna didn't need to be saved that much. Let me guess, I don't think you read the Light Novel,Because Mito existence more or less robbed Asuna agency and a lot of KiriAsu moment,especially when her existence also replace a much better Character like Kizmel.

@@Mutasina14 I've only listened to the first audiobook, but read pieces of the later volumes. Based off of what I saw from the SAOP films, it didn't even look like Mito stole any Kiriasu moments. All of the scenes I wanted to see from the LN were in the films & tbf about Asuna being weak in those movies, it made sense why she kept on getting saved a lot because she was pretty inexperienced during Progressive.

​@@Samsapopinshe didn't need to get saved that much, the only time she need to get saved is when she almost killing herself in the dungeon,both Kirito and Asuna pretty much on equal footing,heck the second time she need one is when she accidentally fall into trap in Scherzo (the reason is very different compare to the movie),but even than she get her courage again and didn't need to get saved,Asuna didn't get trapped in Fuscus,that was Shivata,the fact they change it so they can make Mito cooler because she saved Asuna really sour me a lot. Kirito and Asuna dynamic is the novel very much mentor and student, Mito existence more or less ruined that dynamic.

If I can think of an original SAO movie prediction when it comes to a story, here's how it can go: 1. The Timeline Placement be set in between War Of Underworld and Unital Ring. 2. For a setting a new game in VR something like "the very first global game in the seed" that becomes a huge hit, love that War of Underworld showed Chinese and Korean players so a game/world that is filled with players from around the world USA, France, Russia, India, ect. I think it could be something unique to the table. 3. The story could be Kirito, Asuna and co' getting into this new game and we'll see a all new original antagonist, plot, twists ect. Even epic boss fights.

With the borderline everlasting poularity of shooters, you'd think they would release a GGO-based game where you play as yourself (Not in VR obviously given the relatively low sale numbers) with your friends online and the game is almost 100% gameplay, with some lore NPC quests like the ones seen in the affection scenes of FB (Or the one currently airing in the GGO anime where they have to stop a group of AIs) Besides the obvious shooting foocus, they could add an additional focus in enviromental interactions (breakable building, stuff interacting with fire etc) Never gonna happen tho And then they could retroactively add VR Support NMS style (Or having the VR being just visualto cheap out, like BOTW)

Unless there are major changes in my life in numerous aspects (which I do not expect there to be), I plan to stop my channel in the near future. I cannot be more specific, as I myself cannot say for sure when that point would be, it depends on a couple other factors. But I will be announcing it in a timely manner when that time comes.

With the success of Fractured Daydream, in my opinion I think it's safe to say the gameverse is done/dead. Sure Dimps will probably add more gameverse characters to fractured daydream in the future but it's just going to be for fan service.

Is it really a success? The last time I heard about the game was a few weeks ago on X & Reddit, saying that the player count was already not good & how the NA servers were already empty. But yeah, I don't see anymore Gameverse games coming after FD. However, I can see them do stand alone games like an MMO or a fighting game.

I diagree with the game ranking in so many levels 😂 out of the 6 sao games i have played so far (LR,Alicization,accel world,FD beta,lost song,fatal bullet) i only liked acrel world and fractured daydream alicization was ok it was my first cinsile game alongside gta and i olayed up till the point they ended the anime story and continued with an og one, i really didnt like last recollection the gameolay was really simplfied from its predecessor and i played it for 2 hours and never even looked at it again, lost song was really boring and janky, and fatal bullet gameplay was underwhelming
