@longmeaderulez4 ай бұрын
@jackenboot Yeah...there are many bilingual Holomems...Kiara, most of ID, and now Raora and Cecilia. But simply being able to hold a basic conversation in a second language isn't being bilingual. My own Japanese is pretty decent but I would never claim bilingualism.
@JustaMuteCat4 ай бұрын
As a bilingual I can totally get the brain scramble it can be at times…
@ojcubz4 ай бұрын
The problem with learning only two languages is you often turn out to not know either when in a conversation, your mind just gets confused which language to use/register (Hear). As stupid as it sounds, learning at least 1 more will actually fix it. Best way I can explain it is it lets your brain have a base-line language to reflect everything on. Essentially if you know English, Japanese, Thai- Thai is the base, everything you read and hear must be translated to Thai before you can understand it (inside your brain). If there's only 2, then your brain gets super confused since it has no frame of reference and just blurts around inside.
@Pherim_5 ай бұрын
The problems of being fluent in more than 2 languages is that sometimes Linguistic mix-ups get really bad. You already start to mix things up with 2 languages, and the more you add, the worse it gets.

what word are they using for "healing" makeru 負ける or maku 巻く? how does that mean to heal?
@Altairmonkey5 ай бұрын
It's the second one. I was wondering how that meant "heal" too and had to google it. Evidently it comes from PUBG where you'd heal using a bandage, and the usage transferred over as jargon to other battle royale games among Japanese gamers. It sounds like this usage of the word is what confused Haachama in the first place.
