My school's orchestra is doing this piece, led by a wonderful and energetic soloist. I'm one of the cellists who has to follow her, and it is a... unique challenge to pizzicato on time to follow the notes and match the soloist's rubato and style. Kudos to Troussov's expressive playing as well as the accompaniment, who were only off a couple times (that's more than my orchestra can claim :D)
