I missed the reason why, but I see Jamie drawing time cards at the end of his turn but not at the end of the players turn. Is this new for Kirin?

You only draw time cards at the end of each hunter turn

I just double checked the MHW core book and it says "When you end your turn, draw a time card and resolve its effects." and the monster behaviour card specifies how many player turns happen between its attacks @@raortiz73

@andrewstillman9229 well that explains why the Monster Hunting was pretty easy....I have adjusted and the game is now more difficult and the decision on when to sharpen, etc. is more critical.

As this is an expansion I would have preferred it with two experienced players and only going over the new rules rather than a full recap. (Nothing against you Chynna-Blue 😅)
