Man I remember in season 3 seeing a Kiri goes plus ultra and harden. I mean pre beta nerf and pre special action nerf he was such a 1 man army. Not that he's terrible now or anything. Tbh the beta nerf wasn't too bad because the alpha got buffed I love it when they nerf one part of someone's kit and make something else their main thing by buffing another move. Honestly, his alpha is very underated. Fully leveled up I'm pretty sure I saw you hitting for 194 damage in total if landing all hits. Just the last karate chop at the end was doing 80! And it disrupts people like all hell...and personally think it is smart to at least level it up to level 4 when starting. Helps add more mobility for Kiri, and tend to see people use it to run away when needed.

i personally lvl alpha first bc of its high dmg and easily comboing into wake up gamma and it drags people into storm and sometimes goes stops plus ultra bc of the barrage of hits. TLDR: i lvl up alpha then gamma and beta to lvl 4 then gamma then beta. also i spent 700 tickets getting the new kiri skin bc i main him and he's so fun. awesome vid btw

As a Kiri main now i always for beta cause of the nerd cause before the nerf was more strong and i tried sometimes to went for gamma before cause i love that AOE and at lv 9 its fast to recharge + crash damage. But yeah now cause of the nerf of the beta i always go beta into gamma. Tbh i hope they will rebuff the special action cause now its not useless but i think its too easy end it for enemies😂. Cementoss is so annoying for like 99% of the cast tbh. I think Ochako and Red Bakugo are the only 2 characters I can think of that actually have a winning matchup on the guy otherwise he’s one of those "alright the whole teams gonna need to come together on this one…" characters. I used to think Kiri was so broken too but it’s crazy how just the hardening nerf made him fall off sooooo hard.

I always upgrade gamma first when I play Kirishima. I like seeing that big 200 opener or on oki. And it's good against other melee characters by since it's probably the highest single dps move in the game. Anyone that tries me will feel the wrath of my ground pound! Then I beta and finish with alpha. I may start putting 4 into beta then 9 into gamma just to change it up.

do you think jjk cursed clash can revive/redeem itself with post launch updates? i'd like to see customizable finishers/ solo joint attacks, gojo for example can have his standard domain expansion and a cinematic one with him ripping his opponents head off (with a black and white filter ofc), and his joint attack can be his palm strike rush, jogo can have an ultimate where he shoots ember insects before creating volcanoes (volcanos?) underneath and around the opponent, a quick close up of both of their faces before the volcanoes erupt, and his joint attack could be him lighting his opponents head on fire before shooting a purple lava beam

Not much to say besides if your playing defensively use corners to surprise amounts when they come around with a beta and gamma then move onto the next corner and repeat till they leave and give you time to heal. This mainly only works on the new map tho
