Well... considering that all the girls that did fall in love with him he ended up saving their life, Sachi he promised to save, Silica saved her from giant apes and helped her get back Pina, demanded that Lizbeth stay out of the way of the fight which probably made her think that both of them went through a traumatic collapse of a guild (in which they both did) and the exertion of an 'Alpha' trait telling her to stay out of the way because of how worried he is of her getting hurt, and then the same for Philia here, and obviously Asuna saw some of those over protective traits of Kirito to, Honestly, Suguha's affection is just the generic brother complex that you see in Incest pairings (in which does happen) and then Sinon was saved by Kirito from Death Gun, and the leaders of the Cat Sith and Sylph were justified as he saved their people a whole lot of grief by proving that he's the best fighter in ALO and by proving so he drove off an attempt to completely own their races, that would be shameful to just go out to form an alliance and then find out that you were tricked and 2 leaders get killed because there was a traitor, so yeah, the characters that did show attraction to Kirito were justified, it's just that Suguha's and Asuna's attraction weren't really justified onscreen, in which is why I personally think that Kirito would be better off with Rika (Lisbeth) or Shino (Sinon).

It's from Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment on PS Vita and PS4. Basically instead of Kirito winning the fight against Heathcliff the game gets corrupted and even after killing Heathcliff they still need to beat the remaining floors. Then Leafa and Sinon appear to SAO due to a glitch. But after that Kirito gets transported to the Hollow Area where he meets Philia. An orange player. The game is around 20 euros here so if you want a decent RPG then here you go.
