Honestly, I think Kirito's fight with Alice was, up to this point, his toughest straight-up duel since he and Akihiko Kayaba locked blades for the last time. Admittedly, Kirito is only fighting with half the might he did this time, but still, it is impressive that Alice could be that much of a match for him and his abilities.

Don't know how much of a fan you are of the nerdcore scene, but I found a video by divide music called "the sword art online song "Reality" with amalee. It only has clips from the first season, so no spoilers there. the song is pretty much the kirito/asuna love song we all needed. It would be awesome to see you and steejo watch it together. I swear it will give you chills as well as that warm and fuzzy feeling at the same time.

After you finish SAO I suggest starting The Seven Deadly Sins. Its one of my favorites and Bryce Papenbrook (kiritos voice actor) is one of the sins. I believe you'd love it as well
