You might have to switch to auto team adjustment. I had problems like that. Manual adjustment didn’t always show new players.

Dude. Start your superstar offensive linemen and if you're not going to edit QB traits, then you *NEED* to learn which ones to draft/sign. Qb traits > dev trait in sim

Yo JMan, just a thought. When you look at a player and say "Oh, he's an off ball" Or "He's a little small for xxx o line position" maybe give a little insight into what it is that makes you say that? I'd be curious what your method is, because it obviously works. It appears the A-C blah blah blah screen is where you get a lot of your info from along with age/Height/Weight. Again, just curious.
