In 1966 I bought a similar 50's Fender Esquire with a brown cardboard case for $35 when I was 15 years old and paid for it by delivering newspapers. It was that transparent blonde, white pickguard and maple neck. I played it for a year or so. I was walking home by the local hardware store and got me a can of blue spray paint. Yes, I painted the body blue and many years later realized that I will be going to Hell because of this.

Also Norm, you should put together a yearly Blues/Jazz Summer Jam with all this talent you ben giving us for free. I'm sure you could work out something with a local venue.
