This is a memorial ride for the group founder who was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident this year.

The ride over Kirkstone pass been made much better for motorcycles recently, with the new road surface and barriers. Now you can see the views unfolding before you. It is never good to hear about a fallen rider. The stretch of road between Glenridding and Aira force as beautiful as it may be, is filled with blind corners and gravel filled roads. We, "She Wolf" and I, were down on the shores of Ullswater on the 24th of June, the day, the corner near the huge rock formation and the layby took another rider. (a female rider) Interesting little video, although it needed your voice to add context, it also would have been nice to hear the passion for the open road you have. Keep up the good work, best wishes from the Lone Wolf in the lakes. Take it easy and enjoy the ride.🕊

Thanks Lonewolf for the comment and help. The road is certainly better than last time i was there, but the weather was the same haha. I did have commentary but i am not the best talker so decided to drop it for a tune. I will try and do better for my up coming Northumberland 250 ride.

@@hoovertime.1612 At first I found talking to camera was difficult, but trust me, it comes easier over time. I was sort of talked into talking more by being connected to She Wolf Adventures, via bluetooth/radio communications. Our conversations add to the experience and it feels like the viewers are with you as you explore roads previously unseen. I didn`t wish to create informational videos ~ how to ride a motorcycle/tips. I felt as though there were enough content creators who already covered these subjects better than I can. I really started recording my rides to store memories for myself, for when I eventually become too old to ride. Excellent choice of music by the way, immersed into the ride, feeling every twist and turn. Remember: If anyone says you snore when you sleep... Tell them, you don`t snore, you dream you are a motorcycle.

@@LoneWolf-Uk yeah i see that from your video's that you are connected. suppose it makes it easier if you are talking to someone you know. I have just joined a touring group so thought it would be a good time to video what we do.
