Thank you so much Kirsty! Sometimes I do feel a bit down about my recovery and wish my OCD would just let up, but I also feel that I have better perspectives than I did a year ago which is in itself progress.

Thanks for the tips and for all the videos. My OCD became chronic almost 3 months ago, it was difficult (and still is) to accept how my life changed from one day to the next. I have gone through numerous obsessions in these months and now looking back I realize how stupid and irrational they were, even though at the time they feel real and like threats. That makes me believe that I can with them all. Now I'm dealing with false memory and real event ocd, I think it's the worst I've ever experienced, but I have faith that I can overcome it. (sorry for my english btw)

I have the same experience. Went from health OCD, to harmful thought ocd, to false memory/real event ocd. I have beat them all besides the last which I have been working on. It seems like this one is the real doozy of it but it is what it is. What tips do you have? how you doing?

Thank you so much for this. If I could ask or suggest some topics for future videos, I would suggest how concretely to deal with the moments of hopelessness and the "doomed" feelings. I think They are the scarest and hardest moments (obs: I do not mean the "hope" topic, but just how to deal pratically with the worst hopelessness moments). Thank you again for all you do for us, and for how much you helped me.

Kirsty, i have a fear of eye floaters. They seem to appear when i am under stress yet not when i am engaged on something else. Can i recover from I believe it is called senorimotor ocd.
