Can anyone tell me what Thaat does raag Kirwani based on?

I usually don't reply to users with no proper human name,but I will make an exception here.Kirwani is a Carnatic Raga derived from South India popularized by senior musicians of North Indian music.It is the 21st melkarta raga of 72 melkartas.It does not fit into any thaat which is a North Indian concept and flawed in comparison with Melakarta system of South.
