Old was kinda good since they made him op but now they just nerfed him but its fun using him eitherway

Imo the remodel has a more smoother combat system but I do agree that his damage is a bit less critical yet when I play as him I try go ranged into melee as you can't just melee but the old model could melee and use beams unfortunately the remodel is quiet different.

Old kiryu looks better to me. the maser blade is still there, and the laser didnt have a ridiculous cooldown or a short move back then.

switching modes 3 times quickly will bring up a control set of abilities, 1: switches Triple Hyper Maser Cannon out with the Absolute Zero Cannon (same damage but AZC gives frozen effect for 8 seconds) 2: gives rainbow eyes that can only be disabled by dying / menuing 3: absolutely DELETES your hp (sets hp to 1) and gives slowness 20 for a few seconds 4: switches back to normal abilities

Old Kiryu was perfect idk why but he was also easier and more fun to use with the blades
