Considering the teacher in school was borderline more abusive than said brother, and that if said child services would even go there, the whole interaction will go pretty much as follows: "Oh, you are raising your younger brother and sister alone? Good for you." Then proceed to beat young stupid Hakkai for calling on his brother for nonsense. And then his brother would beat Hakkai even more for involving outsiders in their family's business. No idea how it is in the US, but pretty much everywhere else in the world, people are big on the whole "Family business" stuff, and "no outsiders allowed" into it. 🤣😅

Also, I'm not so sure about Kisaki, but at the very least I owe him one because now we know when Hakkai will make his move. So basically we must do these things: 1. prevent Hakkai from killing his brother Taiju 2. *Defeat* Taiju, not kill him 3. Take down black dragon 4. (somehow) drive Kisaki out of Toman We do all of these successfully, and we have ourselves an uncorrupted Mikey and a better future
