They have visions for the next coming generations of Kisoro District and all Ugandans at large. Hence Kisoro is now to btn pain killer and cure but remember a good change is always gradual. Eeeeee....... We still have a long way to go. How can we restore confidence in our elites so that they can always debate and compete productively? Our education system needs to be revised and also there is a need to rationalize the political administrative units. If we can have greater Kabaale merged with Kisoro then we can have robust and strong candidates to represent the people. I don't see anyone amongst the candidates who can debate in Parliament except voting yes to any bill brought by the government
