I would like to gentleman argue that his voice has changed, and for the better; I believe that Seal’s voice has matured with bass and a lot more low-end mid range. Hearing the song back to back with the original version, you can hear how much more robust his styling became It adds an elegant and unique layer of depth to the original track.

Just a beautiful song. Love the Rick Beato breakdown of this where he calls Seal and Seal explains how he vocally wanted to recreate an orchestra with an 8 track as he doesn't play an instrument.
