In 1978 I was 12 and my buddies had a ticket for me to see Kiss at the Garden and my parents wouldn’t let me go. ( who would Blame them). History would have it that Ace and Peter left. Long story short, I saw kiss with the original members at the Garden in 95 with makeup and awesome stage show ! How many of us get to have a chance at a second life experience! It was the best concert I’ve ever attended.

It’s time, nobody beats Father Time. He is undefeated. Paul has been struggling with his voice for the last decade. Sucks too because he had one of the best voices in rock and roll. But years of screaming have taken its toll. Still, even with Paul’s vocal issues, and despite Ace and Peter are really Eric and Tommy, they still put on one of the greatest rock shows ever seen. They take it that seriously. Always have. That’s what makes them so much more than just a rock band.

I watched KISS’s final show on Pay-Per-View and it was A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! It may not be the same as being at the Garden in person, but saw KISS at Nassau Coliseum on Long Island 4 years ago ,( 3/22/2019). Same stage set-up, explosions, balloons, confetti, the whole shebang. Awesome back then as well. So, in closing, thank you, KISS and thank you to all the fans that posts the Kiss concerts on KZbin and everything, especially for metal on Finland. God bless and LONG LIVE KISS!! 🤘😛

If you listen to bar of music before the vocal comes, you can very easily hear PS pick scratch that signals the drums to begin the next song section, and the vocal starts. He does not mime his guitar parts, I’ll bet up to $1.00 I’m right (I’m right) ✌️

@@gmichaelhall Nope, joey is correct, Paul didn't play a note, hell he's doing a one hand solo at one point even though it's Tommy playing it lol. Tommy and Eric are probably the only ones playing anything at this point, everything else is backing tracks.

@@greatunz67 go back and watch just before vocals start. You see and hear him scrape his pick to cue the turnaround. I’m sure there is a lot of programmed cues but on that track he did appear to be adding parts. At this point the overall performance is bordering on absurd regardless of the backers, which really don’t bother me so much in big venues. His voice is burnt toast and the overall lackluster delivery and absence of enthusiasm from any of them really does punctuate that the end of big shows is absolutely over. In a club or small venue the backers would really be ridiculous for sure. But considering all the sync’d up fx and screens etc, I think it’s really important to have a tight show schedule for the audience sake, without those backers to keep it all lined up properly, the wheels would come off pretty quick, for any act running so many systems sync’d up by the music.

When I was about 9 we dressed up like KISS, makeup, costumes and tennis rackets wrapped in tinfoil. We then "performed" a few KISS songs, including Love Gun for our parents at a summer camp. I believe it looked and sounded very similar to this.
