One of my all time favorite Kiss songs. Great to play with volume cranked up to 10! Another great song that doesn't seem to get too much attention is Rock Bottom. I really love the studio version (and live version too ) and that one also needs to be cranked up!

And this ladies and gentlemen is only one song from so many to show why kiss might just be the best rock group ever! That solo from Ace is just raw! And with no sound effects! Live! And i don't know if Peter used double pedals on the bass drum, but it sure sounds like it. Making this band the goat. For me it has always been a three way race between kiss, zeppelin and Sabbath, but this song sealed it.

From the Rock and Roll Over LP. This was played from this tour through Alive II. It was dropped, but make a comeback at the New Year's Eve 1993 concert at Pleasure Island, FL. I have heard that they play it off and on now.

kiss are huge led zepp fans.page had the same problem frehley did...he couldnt stay sober long enough to play a set...thats why both guitarist (while being great guitarists) messed up alot on the live shows.show me a led zepp live show when page didnt mess up.a lot of kiss shows ace didnt mess up.i think there are fewer on aces side

Yes agree by 78 he was counting on effects,stomp boxes . However he's still the most influential guitar player ever. He had the most successful solo album and the cheapest to record. Not to mention he had been the only one that his solo bands were successful. Bottom line ace was never afraid to leave kiss .

listen to the bbc tapes, therir early concerts from 69/70 up to 74 most of their shows were kickass. then page got hooked too cocaine and was totally wasted. bur during those early years, they were unbeatable. i think then page still had a bit of the session guy attitude which made him at least halfway sober troughout their concerts. zeppelöin themselves said song remains the same is a bad performance and should not be seen as a good staple oft heir live shows.

@OropherThranduil well,i guess i havent seen or heard the live shows youve seen.now i like led zep,ass kickin band in their time for sure.they made thier mark in music history that will never be 4gotten,but on the song remains the same video,man the live performances were horrible,page cldnt keep it together,plant was f#$%ed up.every live show of theirs ive seen were pretty bad.not to say theyre all bad.i just havent seen a good one
