I have to disagree on your takes with Maria Reynolds, She was manipulated by James Reynolds into doing what she did. And she was incredibly young as well. And James abused her, And threaten to beat her children if she doesnt have sex with Hamilton. Thats why She eventually got help from Aaron Burr and divorced him. Keep in mind Maria was 9 when Alex and Eliza met.

as a fan of Les Miserables book, the killing of Cosette for being "useless" in 7:15 makes me mad, actually Cosette was the reason Jean Valjean never return to be bad, she help him to move one, he decide to be better becuse of her. like...she is one of the main characters and most important for the plot (at least on the book) this is just an opinion I still love your videos

You make a good point. However, in terms of the musical, Cosette seems more relatable as a child than when she's an adult. She starts out as the adorable little orphan we feel sorry for then turns into the generic female love interest with no discernible motives or goals of her own. I'm sure the book fleshed out her character a lot more, which is why it sucks that the musical did her dirty.
