Thanks for posting. Most of this interview is new to me. Another channel posted some of this interview and claimed Paul was drunk. I don't think he is drunk. He just seems happy and acting normal.

ACE was at this time often drunken. Basically he is a serious person. So you can see how alcohol and drugs are changing people….
