Going to a Wentworth Gallery to see the work of Paul Stanley from KISS and maybe get a glimpse of him? Don't bother. Waited in line with approx. 40-60 other "average" people at the Wentworth in Atlanta. No one got into the gallery AT ALL unless they were buying. I waited 3 1/2 hrs, others had been waiting since 11am (the event started at 5pm). Two ladies from the gallery (who were condesending) came out and showed a binder of the paintings and sculpures and asked who was buying. Those who said yes were escorted in. That was it. The least expensive item was $2,200. Paul came out the front door, never looked at or acknowledged the line of people and left. The gallery closed and locked the doors. The end.

I have always loved KISS (since '76) and liked Paul but this has not sat well with me. All he had to do was look over (at minimum) and said hi, or even walk down the line giving high fives and kept going.

@@garysullivan1970 KISS has always been about the money they just talk a good game about we love our fans and do that whole wounded warriors thing to make them look patriotic to their fans and the media KISS especially Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are all about the money you want to meet them you have to pay for it no matter what the function is it involves you taking money out of your pocket!! I am a KISS fan also since I was a kid from 1978 but that has always bothered me about them but believe it or not Gene is more personable I met them many times Paul is more arrogant and stuck up Gene acts cocky on T.V but in person he is pretty cool but no matter what $$$$ is what they believe in most and copyrighting everything from soup to nuts so another band can never come out and do what they do there were many bands that were stopped by KISS over the years trust me on that one!!

all these old rockers sell their paintings, autobiography books, hot sauce, wines, etc etc nowadays because nobody buys music anymore so they have to try and sell some physical product as a replacement to music to serve as the other stream of income of their brand opposite their touring.
