Before the last gig on the tour in Sydney, Ace at 4pm was still passed out in his hotel room from various substances. Your probably lucky that Tommy is the gentleman that he is and didn't 'clean your clock'. Responsibility isn't one of your strongest attributes Ace. But hey, anything for a good rock n roll story.

Ace has been let go a few times, while Tommy got promoted. Ace has been in the Breadline since 2002, while Thommy is living the dream ever since, retiring at the top of his career, selling out stadiums all over the world.

Ace and Peter sold their parts of the Kiss brand and their characters when they left for the first time. Both left like millionaires and came back totally broke. Thankfully, when they left for the last time, both were millionaires again.

I love ace grew up with him in the 70s BUT Ace an Peter signed away there rights so the spaceman belongs to kiss yes he created the person n was damn good but alcohol an drugs was the down fall of him an Peter they couldn't handle the fame so life went on without them .

Tommy was not given a choice to choose his own character. Unlike Vinnie Vincent. Paul & Gene made it part of his discrimination in Tommy's contract that he would follow the directives of his presence on stage. Not being an original member, Tommy is actually and has always been under contract. Considering the respect and staying true to Aces work that Tommy has always maintained in the band. It's poor form in Aces comments. Ace was a better solo innovator on guitar than Tommy. However, Tommy is a better music arranger of solos. His additions or interpretation of Aces solos are always respectful, tasteful and stylish. Paul and Gene have beef and stabbed you in the back Ace. Not Tommy.

While Tommy isn’t the original space man he is the best. Ace may very well be a great guy to have a drink with he wasted his talent. Bruce Kulick at the end of the day is arguably the best lead guitar kiss has had but Tommy is the only the one that stood the test of time. Over 21 years
