My budgie doesn't talk but she gives my cuddles and kisses like that. Apparently that's not normal for budgies and especially a female. I guess I got lucky with her. She loves kiss and cuddles.

We adopted a Quaker parrot and had her for 5 years before she passed. These birds can be great friends if you have time and patience and love. We went for a long time with a very bitey bird, but she became the most loveable sweetheart. We miss her dearly. Love your videos of your Quaker!

Yes Quaker Parrots can have quite the vocabulary. Take a look through my videos and you'll see how much Pluto talks. BUT all parrots are A LOT of work. Indian Ring Necks can talk and play too. It all comes down to the amount of time and effort you spend with your parrot and making them part of your flock. xx
