Tav wasn't expecting Wyll to show up that night, and since things had ended with Astarion it seemed like it would be alright... but Gale felt differently. I feel terrible for Gale, but I just really love Wyll's character and backstory more even though we didn't get enough in my opinion.

I am hoping they return to his romance and overall story to help flesh it out. Wyll is lovely and i want to see him get the love he deserves. I even have my complaints about the Gale romance, Astarion's romance just seems so much more polished to me.

I just got his dance scene yesterday - randomly! My first playthrough I tried to romance Wyll - got no where. Swear he's the hardest to romance. Second playthrough wafted between Astarion and Gale - chose Astarion, then added Halsin. Now I'm doing just an Astarion run, no romancing anyone else. Turned everyone down at the party in Act 1 except Astarion. Gale tried his best in trying to show me how to use the Weave in the Underdark. Showed him us having dinner as friends. Got to Act 2 and bam! Wyll showing up out of no where! Let me tell you, if you turn away your head instead of kissing him it is utterly heartbreaking. I didn't know anyone could frown so hard!

On my first playthrough I was pining for either Gale, Astarion, or Wyll during the tiefling party. When I reached the Shadowlands i had narrowed my options to either Gale and Astarion because nothing new was happening with Wyll. Sometime out of nowhere I get this dance scene and I lost it haha I loved it so much but it was heartbreaking because at that point it was a little too late imo. My Tav danced with Wyll like they promised, but I had them turn away instead of going in for a kiss and it killed me just like when I did it to Astarion. These romances are too good!

My character only loves Wyll. But she has also the highest level of acceptance from Gale. It's funny how Gale never makes any attempt to romance my character. 😂 I also tried to create a love triangle, but Gale seems to know it 😅 On my first playthrough, I didn't romance anyone, but I became best friends with Karlach.

It's Wyll's armor he gets for killing Karlach... BUT there used to be a loophole and you could get it without actually killing her for good. Larian took it out and now if you want a robe that looks like that you have to kill her or Isobel at the Last Light Inn.

Wyll is perfect for someone looking for a traditional "prince charming" romance - if you want a disney prince he's your guy. I hope they add more scenes for his romance though. I have yet to play the new patch so idk what they've done, but when I romanced him in my last playthrough it felt almost lackluster.
