I was born 79 in uk, moved to aus in 03, (didn’t know I was moving here at first I was just a young chef from uk going backpacking)I was looking up old 90s uk garage recently and found this man, listened, loved it.. thought I’m playing this at my cafe tomorrow.. I’ve got loads of English customers around my age.. it went off.. they loved it. Even aussies ask, who’s this? I’m like this is a bloke mixing this out of his spare room I think, in lockdown back in the uk, they’re like this is mad!! I’m like, yep I agree.
