all mistakes start with us kenyans, we are arrongant we contacted on polite remainders, i was once debt collector, if we can adhere to quidlines we cant reach here. ample request its expensive to pay data privacy fines but we should be polite whenever contacted on failed unpaid bills. most kenyans take loans having in mind that its grant.
