I can tell you've never used Okita Alter Saber if she wasn't one of your first examples of OP AoE sabers. Only a few can black grail or 6CE farm and she is one of them.

Okita Saber Alter is one of those ones where she's kind of deceptive. Her skill and np effects aren't anything exceptional, but she's carried by high internal stats. NP Gain, Star Gen, Attack Power and such. Since her base performance is so high, the kit doesn't really need to be revolutionary for her to do a lot with it. If I recall all the Okita units are like that.

Well tbf he is a better Mordred/Artoria as he is both of them combined. While he is better than all the perma Sabers and Arthur you don't really need him.. Permas are Perma and everyone has at least Artoria or Mordred both with NP buffs so you'd need a fat copy to even want to run him. Another thing is with the crit focus.. you don't need crits to farm and he is a farmer not a CQ unit, so Ibuki and Muramasa are better on that front, plus Ibuki can farm if again you have a high NP level. so ya all in all he is pretty mid.
