Garbage (food waste) collection is the responsibility of local council..we cannot disposed it.. but in other way if we have to diapose some big waste like broken furniture etc in that case there are some waste disposal area (recycling centre) you have to book your slot there to dispose your item.

Please don't compare UK housing with India. In UK the house price depends on locality. There are lots of rough areas where house price is cheaper. In india there is no regulation about house price. The way you describe about the bins etc as if people are going for exam. The council gives leaflets about where to put your garbage. Thank God we didn't have you tube blogs in our time. We learnt things after getting there. Nobody is so stupid not to adjust to a new country. You people seem to be so excited about everything. Wonder how many people will remember your tricks. Practical experience is what you need.

OMG, you got so much time to advice (negative) in comments but unfortunately not everyone is like you & general people always refer some prior reference to get mentally prepared before act/face anything, so do we. I do agree in your times (during our childhood) we dont have such platform like KZbin which provide so many information in a click and may be that's why you are also here in our KZbin video.
