My SOLGW 13.7” m4-89 is my favorite gun by far. It is super solid, nothing is loose, the coatings are flawless, it’s the most balanced gun that I can remember ever handling, 1500-2000rounds without a single failure/malfunction, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Barrel Nut torqued to 60 in/lbs and marked...QC passed. Carrier gets fired in "Happy Mode" 3 times, bolt locks back...QC passed. Gets shot some more...QC passed. A gunsmith overview and shooting...another QC. A competition of trying to find something that another missed. Amazing QC throughout.

So basically a typical qc process by quite a few companies with variations. Only reason you would run full auto lower is convenience, burst trigger group would work as well. If I recall someone pointed out most of these companies buy 3rd party parts and assemble. So when an AR maker does that then in order to justify a certain price something has to be offered in return like good QC. Warranty is another pro but is muddy grounds usually. My question is this though. Would you not do similar in building your own AR? Torque to required value, check tolerances, make sure it can cycle, and so on. Even if you have a gunsmith mount your barrel cost typically is much more reasonable than high priced AR. Plus you can go for generally better parts esoecially if watch for sales. The few I built are fantastic and only difference I can see on gucci priced offerings is sometimes weight with very few trigger. Now if above is what you want being convenience, about $1500-1700 is a reasonable price.

They make, "or atleast QC" the best bcg on the market in my opinion. While I don't abuse any of my rifles and clean them after each and every use, my two SOLGW bcg have easily seen over 4k rounds and I've never had to repair / replace / contact customer service for those bcg. I can't say the same about my Aero & toolcraft bcg's. I've also learned the hard way to stay far far away from silly bcg coatings like nickle boron. Simple phosphate & nitride have never done me wrong.
@Dzwieczny Жыл бұрын
Can confirm. Made the same mistakes, Aero Precision nickel boron bcg qc is lacking, turned my AR into a single shot rifle, had to return, SOLGW bcg just works!

What rifles are you guys using when Russia and China attack the US power grid and everyone starts attacking each other?
@chloedemeter54733 жыл бұрын
Power grids a false flag if it happens. Read the papers on it, they're wording it like it already happened. Also their "solution" to the vulnerability was to make things more remotely accessible. They're setting the stage for a false flag to drag us into war with China. Have you even been paying attention? It's not China, it's world gov't. The goal is to get us to punch a hole into China so they can establish forced immigration so they can subvert china the same way they subverted the US. As is China is too homogeneous to be vulnerable that way. This will also leave the US undefended and get our military aged males killed off. Search ACE receptors by ethnicity. The clot shot is designed for the spike to interact with ACE receptors. See the Japanese biodistribution study. So what we have here is a bioweapon that targets European ovaries and in males hearts. Reproduction is reduced and combat efficacy is reduced. Chosenites are unshockingly the lowest for ACE receptor upregulation while Europeans are the highest.

SOLGW seems like a legit company and they put passion into what they do. I love Ballistic Advantage barrels and knowing that they use them as their OEM is awesome. I do wish they would use black nitride instead of phosphate for their BCG coatings because cleaning black nitride is so much easier, at least offer both coatings. Secondly, I prefer the extended/enhanced mag release button because it is easier and faster for me. I understand why they like it recessed to protect it but I am not worried about banging my mag button up and it is probably the easiest part to change out on an AR.
@solhays3 жыл бұрын
phosphate holds lube better than nitride, that is their reasoning for it. Also, they do offer a NP3 coated BCGs, although a lot more expensive.
