Oh Lauren!! The color you made for your lower kitchen cabinets is BEAUTIFUL!!! I just love it!! I also think keeping the inside of your cabinets bright white is a great idea! It will make everything look so nice and clean! May I suggest that you line your drawers and cabinet shelves with some pretty paper? I found some wonderful shelf liners on Amazon..boho and cute florals that are lightly scented and they could be a nice little surprise when your guests open the drawers and cabinets and also, save all the work you did making everything so nice with the paint!! Believe me, guests will spill all kinds of stuff in there and you want things to be easy for you to keep it nice!! Great job!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💖

I love the blue and white with the brass! It’s really charming . You can buy flexible white trim that glues in place around your sink. It will protect against water damage and look more “finished”.

I think it is that gorgeous tile that makes it work so well. Very interesting tidbit about not being able to find the exact same size hinges as the original. Check out Ikea for bamboo cutting board with the extended lip, $25.00. Flip it over and it may just slide right in that cabinet slit, if thickness of board works and still have the runners in the hole. The extended lip keeps the cutting board from dropping into the slit and will coordinate nicely with your countertop. I have 2 slits in my 1925 cabinets and had to cut off 1/4 inch of length to slide into slits. Great color!

Yes, I’m not quite done with it, I need to reattach the original piece that was there as well as caulk all the seams. Just need to epoxy the counters first for protection before I do all that
