I love it!! I think men are all the same. Oblivious. I hung a new arrangement on the living room wall. Even left the white cardboard covers on the picture corners because I wasn't sure if I was keeping it. Over a week now and hubby hasn't noticed 😊 I'm so happy for you and your new kitchen. Now you need to slow down and enjoy it.

Hi Theonie! You make me laugh! You are so OCD and type A., I am too. I was an only child and had 5 children to raise. Crazy. You should be thankful your husband didn't help put stuff back in the kitchen. My husband would drive my nuts arguing about where everything goes lol. I love the kitchen remodel. Thanks for sharing.

Love the end result! I inherited my mom's small home and had the interior redone: complete new kitchen, new drywall, new floors, new blinds and other misc. stuff. last year. I had to move out for 3 weeks but it was so worth it. I had construction dust everywhere too. Enjoy making new memories in your beautiful new kitchen!

I know you know this but if you’re rugs do not flatten out for you steam them and they will be great. Andy sounds like a colorful character lol. I absolutely love this kitchen!! Everything is so perfect together. I’ve been searching for an old kitchen table like that. The rugs are so pretty. I know it was a long road, but it looks like it was worth it. I’m so glad it’s done, and passed. 💖

I just binge-watched all 10 Kitchen Chronicles today. I thoroughly enjoyed it! So much good information for anyone contemplating a kitchen re-do. I love all of the pink accessories you managed to find. I also purchased the Aldi flowered 12 qt. pot and matching tablecloth. Aldi had a bunch of kitchen items in that pattern, but I got there after they sold out. Hopefully, they’ll bring them back next spring. Enjoy that wonderful new kitchen!

Ok I hate when people tell me what to do with my space but I have an idea for you… why don’t you put a shelf as long as your Pyrex bowl cabinet under the cabinet for all your coffee bar accoutrements… you can have a glass shelf with pretty corbels or a painted grey.. or a warm free edge piece of wood… you have plenty of space … just an idea! Love your kitchen!

I absolutely HATE when contractors use my bathroom! I get that they have to go but it’s such an invasion of my family’s space. I too had the same issue when we did the kitchen, 2 out of the 3 guys were in and out all day long. I finally told them to use the bathroom downstairs. Like control your own plumbing instead of always using mine! 😂
