You should have added one more outlet in the sink to take water for purifier. Also place for water purifier is missing. Yes many use water cans, still better to give options while building a new house.

Very ideal shape of kitchen. Some things I want to point out- you could have covered the area above the chimney. In fact you could make a complete line of shelves above because the top side gets very dirty and grimy if left open and it will require very regular maintenance. I agree that every kitchen should have windows but need not be too wide. In fact it might obstruct with cooking if there is too much breeze from outside.
