I have my medicine in the kitchen too and it is better because in the bathroom the humidity is not good for certain medications, can actually cause them to lose their potency. So not recommended to keep in the bathroom. Like you said in the kitchen you can put it up high for little hands to not reach. I agree about the kids bandages. They don't stick well either and definitely treated more like stickers rather than actual first aid use.

Hi Michelle, we keep ours in the kitchen also however we have a secondary basket upstairs in the master bath for the night sickness that may arise. Ours looks like yours before the makeover so I need to get organizing 😂 looks beautiful!

What an amazing job!!! 🎉💜 Your kitchen is just beautiful! I was just thinking of one thing! As a mom of 3, I realized I only needed 3 of the medicine cups, or the oral syringes over the years. No more cups than kids, just a thought! I have never heard that bottles expire! I admin a mom's group, I will pass that along! Happy Mother's Day!!! 💜

Your cabinets look great! I really like the turntable idea. I keep medicines in the hall closet, but that’s because we have limited kitchen space. I’m goal oriented as well, helps me accomplish at least one thing each day. 😊

I did this in my bathroom 4 days ago. The contents exploded out of the cabinets & I took 3 days to finish. I was left with a sm-med sized box of stuff to be housed elsewhere. Yes it took ages but I labeled & put tube squeezers on everything used regularly. It’s done now & I am 72 years old so that’s MY Get Out of Jail Free Card. Does it look lovely Nope? Do I know where everything is? Yeh! You have done a fabulous job kudos to you. Keep your Medicine wherever it suits you & yours. Subscribed

Love your videos! Always motivates me to change something😊 I have medicine cabinets in my bathrooms, so I use them, but we do keep some medicines/supplements/vitamins in our kitchen cabinet too. We have them separate and in containers too. So easy to get to. We have a whole kitchen drawer just for kitchen towels, large and small paper plates. We use them every day too.

We have our main medication in a lazy susan I got from Amazon, and it's in our kitchen as well. Then, medication we don't use often is in a basket. Lol! I also have some stuff in our bathroom as well.

So, based on where we use it, it where it "lives" My prescriptions, because I take them at night, are next to my bed. And then health stuff, we have a bowl in the washroom that is extra vitamins, and minor illness stuff. Bandaids and first aid, are in a red bin with a first aid sticker- also on a shelf in my washroom. Super "good" pain nanagement medications are in my cloest/vanity room because they stay with my prescription backstock and out of general sight.

Im definitely goal orientated but I can be task orientated at times. I love all of your hard work towards your goals and all of your cleaning motivation. ❤ your cabinets look so much better and I’m so glad you’re goal orientated just like I am. Nice and motivating video! I keep our medicine in a special cabinet in the bedroom, because it's cooler than the kitchen and bathroom. May I ask why you only use paper plates if you have a dishwasher and run it anyway? Plus you have nice dishes 😊 And you are right about writing your goals or to-dos down; it feels so good when you can check them off ✔️

Thanks Annette. About the plates, we put everything else in the dishwasher. Cups, silverware, cooking dishes, pans, the list goes on. The paper plates just seems easier lol

I keep my medicines in clear plastic tubs labeled with removable sticky labels. I will take the allergy meds out of the box and just put them in a ziploc bag. But I'll take the box and cut up the directions side and label the back with the color of the pill, the name on the back of the blister pack, (i.e. if you have multiple white pills) and the expiration date. This way I don't have tons of boxes to store. I have them broken down into allergy, backup (like allegra/ibuprofen), one for headache meds and one for bandaids and ointments.
