Kitchen Dining renovation REVEAL | Our new living space

Hi all,
Our kitchen and dining renovation is 99% complete and thanks to #mapiful I even managed to make some styling choices easily :D

Our paint colours are Wickes Tough and Washable, Olive Green and Crown Brilliant white amzn.to/3foqTMg
Our kitchen is from #wren but we completed the install ourselves and purchased handles/pulls separatly.
To seal our worktop we used a layer of UNIKA Solid woodwork top oil amzn.to/3u1pxv8 and then a further 2 coats of Ronseal Anti-bacterial worktop oil amzn.to/3lZn55w

Hello Aimee - congrats on the renovation. I hope you and the family enjoy it. My wife and I live in the UK We are thinking of adopting siblings (aged 2 - 4) 1. In your opinion what would be the "average" total monthly cost of raising a toddler ? 2. Which are the 3 biggest costs to raising a toddler (or siblings) ? thank you in advance

Thanks Peter. I’m afraid I couldn’t say, it depends entirely on your circumstances. For example, a huge cost would be regularly buying new clothes or investing time to find good quality second hand clothes. Though for us, this isn’t the case because we have hand me downs from so many family members that at the end of it there’s very little left that they need. Childcare is a huge cost unless you only send them for their 15 free hours (30 after they turn 3). The initial costing is high to ensure you have the expensive equipment such as car seats, pushchairs, prams, beds etc but once you have these, find them second hand you can save them to hand down yourself.
