Today I'm sharing my kitchen island transformation using poplar board wood. I love to use poplar because it's so inexpensive and there are so many different projects you can use them for! I love how my kitchen island tuned out using this wood.

Just FYI instead of using a sanding block you can always go over dried putty with a damp Rag and it will send it down for you as well without making all that dust :-)

Your work is always on point! My husband has built homes and also done the finish work which he doesn’t care for lol. I told him this girl right here can do anything and I said let her find a piece of old furniture she will bring it back to life and you will never know it was anything different. She’s that Amazing, I’m like look at what she’s doing to her island and I said she handles those big tools like a Boss she is! I love the color you used it’s gorgeous my friend, I had to brag on ya... Can’t wait to show my husband your entire home when you’re finished.
