Today its Sister's Duo vlog. yeahhhhh me and sowmya akka prepared tiffin for dinner.
This Recipe is termed as ADAI / PARUPPU ADAI / ADAI DOSAI. Its unique flavored (Mouthwatering) south indian Recipe, its protein rich pancake which will be very tasty, delicious & filling. It can either served as breakfast or dinner time recipe too....................
Now let us see the ingredients & preparation method
Ingredients:
(Flour for 2 Days usage)
(HINT: 1.Mesauring Cup, its ur choics
2.Idli Arisi/Raw Rice / Boiled rice its your choice again)
1. Rice - 3 Cups
2. Urad Dal - 1 Cup
3. Channa Dal - 1 Cup
4. Toor Dal - 1 Cup
5. Red Chilly - 20 Nos (Minimum 10 nos required)
6. Grated / Shredded Coconut - 1 Cup
6. Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/2 T.Spoon
7.Cumin Seeds - 4 Spoons
8. Curry Leaves - 1/4 cup
9. Salt - Add to taste
METHOD:
1. In a vessel, Put the rice, toor dal, channa dal, urad dal, red chillies and add water soak it for 2 to 3 hours
2. Now Grind the soaked ingredients and at the final grind add hing powder, coconut,cumin seeds,salt
3.Grind it coarsely & now transfer the grinded Batter to the vessel
4.Finally add curry leaves to it and mixie it well
5. Batter is ready and its time to prepare the delicious adai
Tips:
1.Coconut is optional, instead you can added Chopped Onions / drumstick leaves / shredded bottle guard / Shredded Cabbage
2. If u want one crispy & Crunchy, then you have to reduce little bit measures of urad dal & Channa Dal instead add some more toor dal to soak
