My husband and I watched this together, and we appreciate all you went through to get this job done! Thanks for filming your efforts as well as your successes. Real life works that way, doesn’t it?

Lubrication is needed to prevent the pump from sticking.

Man, the info might be Ok, but between waiting for you to slice up your hand with the razors and chisel, and then seeing you bang on a chisel to cut the tip off a grease tube, I have little belief that you know what you are doing.

The information provided, if it works, saved me the mental splinters of wondering how to fix my soap dispenser. Since I have silicone grease , I tried it and it worked for me. If it's not permanent I'll look into the matter further. As to your belief that this gentleman knows what he's doing... why are you here as if you do? I'm here for the same reason... to find a solution. This man acted on his desire to help others and you point out the low points as if this is a hollywood production? Where is your gratitude?
