This is my highly requested room tour :0) I thought I would make it a series as I ramble on far too much to do a home full tour.

Your kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing as I'm moving into my new build apartment in the summer time and having chosen a white high gloss kitchen, I was struggling with what worktops to add. Your house is lovely we have a conservatory and all ours is used for is children's toys hubby's storage and a table and drying washing :) without this room my gosh we wouldn't have anywhere to put anything we find it a god send and would love though to knock it down and to build on to our lounge as our lounge is tiny and lounge leads on to conservatory . Kitchen / diner is at front of house Love your house thank you 😊 for your vids

Beautiful! Would u consider privacy screen film that u can just stick onto ur sky light windows ? (U would still be able to see out but outside would look like a mirror) I hope that helps hun xx

Love the kitchen. Esp. The grey gloss. Totally off topic but I love your natural beauty . I don't think anyone I follow on yt ever go without tons of makeup...even doing clean with me videos. (Not that its anything wrong with that but I like that you seem more authentic/ relatable)

Hi Toni, love your vlogs! Regular subscriber so I'm hoping you can advise me as to what you can recommend for cleaning my shiny floor tiles in my kitchen and hall. I am thinking of purchasing the Lakeland buffer that you use too. At the moment I just find I can't get the smear free finish that I want!

Morning 🥰 yeah it’s laminate (quick step) the colour is boulder oak 🥰 I do really love this flooring but it wasn’t what I wanted but we had ran out of money 😂🙈 I originally wanted to tile the kitchen and utility but this will definitely not be happening for a while 🥰 I hope this helps love thanks for watching xx

I got mine from Merseyflooring in Liverpool 🥰 if you have the budget love definitely go for tiles 👌🏻 but if your budget is low then this will definitely look beautiful too 👌🏻 xxx
