according to this video, kitchen room area is ventilated mechanically using Supply Fresh fan and Exhaust Fresh fan. what will be the scenario if this kitchen is condition with Air condition (ducted FCU). ac unit has supply air and return air.

as per calculation we supply fresh air 160cfm and exhaust 420cm; supply air is 40% of exhaust air cfm, which is - 260cfm extract extra from the area (negative pressure). according to understanding kitchen area fresh air supply shall be 85% of exhaust cfm (15%) difference to avoid odour circulation. 15% is better or 60% is better. could you clarify pls.
