ingredients for goshtaba
goshtaba Kay ajzaa
teaspoon =chai ka chamach
tablespoon = khanay ka chamach
1 cup = 250 ml
Boneless chicken 800 grams
baghair hadi Kay murghi ka gosht 800 gram
Salt 1 tsp
Namak 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
Lehsun ka paste 1 tsp
butter 100 grams
makhan 100 gram
Green cardamom and black cardamom powder 1 tsp (10 Green cardamom and 3 black cardamoms)
hari elaachi aur kali elaachi ka powder 1 tsp (10 hari elaachi aur 3 kali elaachi sirf danay )
ingredients for yakhni
yakhni Kay ajzaa
yogurt 3 cups
dehi 3 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Namak 1 tsp
ginger powder 3/4 tsp
adrak powder 3/4 tsp
fennel seed powder 1 tsp
sounf powder 1 tsp
pure ghee 1 1/2 tablespoons
desi ghee 1 1/2 tablespoons
egg 1
anda 1
ginger paste 1 tsp
adrak ka paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
Lehsun ka paste 1 tsp
Black cardamoms 4
kali / bari elaachi 4
Green cardamoms 10
hari elaachi 10
mint powder 1 1/2 tsp
podina ka powder 1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon sticks 2 inch 2 pieces
daar cheeni 2 inch Kay 2 tukray
cloves 3
long 3
tarka ingredients
tarka kay ajzaa
vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Pakanay ka tail 1/2 cup
onion 1 large size sliced
pyaaz 1 baray size ka kata hua
pyaaz ko gehra sunehra kertay huay fry ker k paste bana ker istemaal kerna hai
