Vijiyalakshimi J it was oil and vanilla extract. Instead I used apple sauce and vanilla bean powder. I did not had butter for icing so I used heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar.

Vijiyalakshimi J that’s okay! there are many recipes I make require vanilla extract and most of the times I’m out of it so you can omit that since coffee flavor is strong so you should be fine.
