This is such a great product! I got one myself and i have never use my other electric whisk ever again because they always need batteries or has to be charged in while using. This is so much better. Definitely recommended :)

Thank you. It would work for cream but it is not capable of use with dough, that'd burn out the motor as the dough is far too thick.

Maybe but highly unlikely as it should be used for very viscous fluids only and would likely burn out quickly if it would work at all with those that are thicker. A former friend got this shortly after this video and lives on the other side of the country so I have no way to test it, sorry.

We have had our frother for about three weeks. We just came home from some place and it was running in the closet. We had not left it running. It was at its highest speed and we cannot get it turned off. I did finally get it turned off once but then it just starts up on its own. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Pretty crazy, no idea how or why that'd happen or even be possible. If it is under warranty I'd certainly consider returning it just in case it poses a safety hazard.

I don't think it's intended to be done but it might be possible. A friend ended up with this right after the video and they moved many years ago and we lost touch so I can't confirm for certain.

If it isn't working and it's fully inserted you should definitely return it for one that works properly. A friend saw it and took it for him and his wife so I don't know if it became a problem for them eventually or not.

Received this brother from Amazon today. It came with a set of 10 plastic patterns to make designs on top of the liquid of your coffee mug, but no directions on how to use them. Any clues?

Hi, I dunno if my comment will help since it’s been 5 months since your original comment. But those plastic patters go on top of your cup/glass, make sure the drink isnt all the way to the top, maybe a few millimeters just under the rim. Ideally, you’d have frothed milk - like in a cappuccino on top of say your coffee or hot chocolate. After placing the plastic stencil on the cup like a lid, sprinkle cocoa powder, cinnamon or coffee powder on top of the drink+stencil. Carefully remove the stencil from the rim of the cup. And voila! 😅

It looks almost like they might be the same item bought and resold by a different vendor as is often the case with so many products (but newer, see the end of this comment). I have never seen the one you speak of but a quick search suggests that it has been updated somewhat recently so it might be the better option as this one hasn't or may not have been updated anytime recently. I am guessing that the updating is the faster speeds (maybe larger battery too but I cannot know for 100% certain).

I did my homework and there's a HUGE speed difference, lowest being 19000rpm and highest being 23000rpm, compared to 12000rpm. but the odd thing is, it says 2020 updated version, but they haven't updated the micro usb to type-c, and the battery is still 1200mAh. the one you have does it have on/off switch or you should go through all three speeds to turn it off?

@@MMAisFedor I agree 100% that they should move to USB Type-C but I recall reading or seeing a video that explained why many things haven't changed but I don't recall the specifics sadly. I also agree it is a big speed upgrade but it looks like the switching method works the same as you do indeed need to power on and off the device and use that same button to cycle through the different speeds.

Typically, a J shaped mixing attachment is for dough and such, which makes no sense on something this small. That's a good question for which I have no good answer. Perhaps Google will provide more information? Sorry.

I've never seen that happen and I actually ended up giving it away so I don't know about long-term use I guess I suggest trying to press it in there harder if it's not staying and if that doesn't help then try to contact the place where you purchased it from perhaps they can send a replacement if it's under warranty thanks for commenting I hope you get it sorted out.
