Let's talk about wind orientation and what it means for your kitesurfing.
Understanding wind orientation can help you get upwind faster, recover your board body dragging sooner, stay safe when going out and also with launching and landing your kite.
It's all about how you can ride the wind, what you can do within its limitations,
How does the wind change while riding? What directions are best to attempt to ride, and a couple of simple things to look out for.
all in all thsi video is simply a kitesurfing lesson designed to help anyone new to kitesurfing to better understand how kiteboarding works.

Thanks Bruce! Awesome to hear mate. And yes, works exactly the same with body dragging. One other thing with body dragging though, is to NOT try and go to far up wind. The "no go" zone really becomes noticeable when body dragging as the kite stops pulling you across/upwind and starts dragging you downwind. So with body dragging, it's good to go slow, and just gently upwind, this gets you back to the board sooner :)
