During last summer I was babysitting my neighbors dog(he's a vets service dog) he's a German shepherd and pit bull mix, went the the portapotty for a few seconds and these teenage boys where hitting the dog with massive sticks and shooting him with an air soft gun, all I saw was red I went over took my belt off and did not let a single one get away I gave them an ass kicking of a life time, I faced a law suit for a short while until someone with dashcam footage came forward. I would do the same a million times over to anyone who abuses animals.

The cat couldn't enter back into it's owners home in which she came out to the sounds of mewing to see her cat bleeding to death on her porch step. The cat passed away in a vet clinic. That's the sad thing.. people don't make much of an outcry when it comes to animal cruelty until they turn on people, that's when it "becomes" more of an urgent concern. It makes me sick the majority of humanity value so little on the welfare and safety of animals when it comes to the topic of abuse. Additionally, they won't be punished in the due crime of animal cruelty, rather attempted murder, or murder, etc of another person. Basically, they'll have judgement upon them when it comes to being a person, while the crime of abusing an animal is pretty much shoved under the rug.

We were just playing with it when these kids across the street starting shooting at us with BB guns. We were both shot a couple times but we managed to protect the dog. A few years ago, we found our (now adult) cat Callie shoved into our mailbox with the rest of her litter. We pulled them out and gave them to a no-kill shelter, buying Callie and leaving her there. I assume she and her littermates were suffering from heat stroke and dehydration, and I have no idea whether any of the others survived or if they all died. Callie ended up getting so large she was spayed at two months, mistaken for being six, meaning she was still nursing when she was put into the mailbox.

Ryleigh Neal they might have but maybe very rarely because they have the animal(s) under a medication or something that makes the animal sleep through the surgery and it takes a couple minutes for the animal to wake up after the surgery because of medication.

FireWing Sqwade It's not like they wake up all of a sudden and jump up, the assistants control the bodily functions during the whole surgery, if they show signs of getting out of anesthesia and need to expand the time they can easily give more medication. But you know, the patients are still drugged and shaky for HOURS after surgery, no animal or human will just wake up and be fully aware of everything when the docs do their job correctly. Most of the time it's the opposite and they need to give "anti anesthesia" to get them active and awake again after the surgery, otherwise they would be knocked out even longer. (that's what I heard)
