Ditto! I got to meet her at The Plush Room (long gone) in San Francisco & she signed both items (DVDs) I brought. So very gracious. She is charming in this interview (using present tense intentionally) & her honesty is like a breath of fresh air. Yes, present tense!

I was fascinated by Kitty's glamor when watching her on game show panels as a child. Then when I got older I discovered her roles in the 30's films with Bing and the Marx Brothers. I've been binge watching the early To Tell the Truth episodes during quarantine and am obsessed all over again. Thanks so much for this!

The issue of Moss Hart's depression....she must have adored him to suffer with him when these bouts happened. Clearly, he also adored Kitty...in making the attempts to maintain a facade in order to lessen the impact on the family. Blessed be.
